Jobs in value-added export manufacturing can raise a worker's productivity 5x compared to subsistence farming. We back pioneering businesses that create these jobs in Africa.
International labor mobility
Moving from a low-income country to a high-income country can increase a worker's income from 5-20x. We support organizations that enable African workers to access these opportunities.
